The Housing Appeals Board is hereby established pursuant to G.S. 160D-305 to which appeals may be taken from a decision or order of the public officer enforcing minimum housing. The Marion City Council shall serve as the Housing Appeals Board and shall have the duties as specified in G.S. 160D-1208.
