Sec. 2-330. Staffing and records.
   a.   Staffing. The planning director or their designee shall serve as secretary to the commission. The secretary shall keep the minutes of the commission, shall endeavor to send out notices of all meetings of the commission consistent with Unified Development Ordinance sec. 3-1.7. Other duties shall include carrying on routine correspondence and maintain records of the board.
   b.   Records. The historic preservation commission shall keep records of its meetings and proceedings and of all quasi-judicial matters which shall include the decision and all documents and exhibits submitted to the historic preservation commission, together with the minutes of the meeting or meetings at which the decision was considered and decided.
