Sec. 2-301. Establishment and Authority.

Pursuant to the authority in G.S. 160D-302, the city council establishes the board of adjustment and gives the board authority to hear and decide on all quasi-judicial development matters consistent with G.S. Chapter 160D and city code Chapter 21 Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) to ensure the orderly growth and development.
