(A) It is unlawful for a vendor to operate without a business license. Failure to obtain a business license will result in the closure of the vendor by an authorized city agent.
(B) Penalties and fines for violations of this chapter are as follows.
(1) First offense within a one-year period: Notice of violation and request to correct violation.
(2) Second offense within a one-year period: A fine of $250.
