(A) For the purpose of this schedule, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
“COMMERCIAL VEHICLE.” Any non-governmental, self- propelled, or towed vehicle used to transport passengers or property for compensation, and not providing any service or product to a residence located on County Club Drive.
(B) The following streets are hereby declared to be no through commercial traffic streets.

(C) Penalty. Violation of this schedule shall be fined not less than $20 nor more than $100 for each offense.
