The Planning Commission shall consist of six members. The Mayor, with the approval of the City Council, shall appoint the members of the Planning Commission. All members of the Planning Commission and the Board of Adjustment as provided pursuant to the city zoning regulations, shall serve with compensation as set by City Council and reimbursement of expenses shall be authorized.
