(A) Any person, firm, or corporation which violates § 95.01 shall be fined not more than $250.

(B) Any person guilty of violating § 95.02 shall be fined not less than $10 nor more than $100 plus court costs.

(C) Any person who violates § 95.03 shall be fined not less than $25 nor more than $100 for each such offense.

(D) Any person violating any of the provisions of § 95.04 shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined in an amount not exceeding $500 or imprisoned in the county jail for not more than 12 months, or be both fined and imprisoned.
