§ 94.09 INJURING OR LITTERING OF PUBLIC PROPERTY OR RIGHT-OF-WAY.
   It is unlawful for any person to pick, pull, dig, tear up, cut, break, burn, or otherwise damage any tree, shrub, flower, vine, bush, or turf on the right-of-way of any city street or upon any lands set aside, dedicated, or maintained by this city as a public park or as a refuge or sanctuary for wild animals, birds, or fish, or to deposit, throw, or leave any trash, debris, or litter upon any such city street or public land, without having first obtained permission in writing from the City Engineer.
