Each customer must make written application for water and/or sewer service at the City Hall, and said application, including service received thereunder, is not assignable by the customer. Applications for water service and sewer service without the corporate city limits will not be accepted unless existing city water or sewer main lines are available for service connection to applicant/customer site for service.
