There is hereby created within the city pursuant to KRS 65.8801 to KRS 65.8839, a Code Enforcement Board which shall be composed of three members appointed by the Mayor subject to the approval of the City Council, all of whom shall be residents of the city for a period of at least one year prior to the creation of the Board and shall reside there throughout the term in office.
