§ 37.01 INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY.
   (A)   There is hereby established the local Industrial Development Authority pursuant to KRS 152.820 to 152.930.
   (B)   The Authority shall consist of six members appointed by the Mayor pursuant to KRS 152.860.
