A. Except as provided in section 6-4-6-1 of this chapter, any person who is found guilty of or pleads guilty to violating any provision of this ordinance and not otherwise specified, shall be fined an amount of not less than one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) and not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) in addition to any other costs or charges authorized by this title.
B. Any person who is found guilty of or pleads guilty to violating subsection 6-4-5-13 of this chapter shall be fined in an amount of not less than one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) and not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) in addition to any other costs or charges authorized by this title.
C. Any person who is found guilty of or pleads guilty to violating section 6-4-5-2 of this chapter shall be fined an amount of not less than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) and not more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) in addition to any other costs or charges authorized by this title.
