6-4-5-3: REMOVAL OF DEAD ANIMALS:
If an animal dies within the City limits, the owner shall remove or cause the animal to be removed and disposed of in a reasonable, non-health hazardous, humane manner, within twenty four (24) hours after having received knowledge or information of the animal’s death. (Ord. 3497, 3-7-2019; amd. Ord. 3902, - - 2023)
