6-4-3-1: IDENTIFICATION:
Every owner of a dog within the City limits may cause a collar to be worn around the neck of such animal(s) bearing a tag identifying the name, address and phone number of such owner. (Ord. 3497, 3-7-2019; amd. Ord. 3902, - -2023)
