6-4-2-1: AUTHORITY OF THE MAYOR:
The Mayor is responsible for the administration of this chapter. He may delegate any and all necessary and reasonable powers to appropriate City departments to effectuate the purposes of this chapter. The delegated enforcement of this chapter will be with the Chief of Police. (Ord. 3497, 3-7-2019; amd. Ord. 3902, - -2023)
