All System Design Engineers desiring to perform services within Marion County must be a State licensed or registered engineer. System Design Engineers must maintain the credential requirements pertaining to their engineering registration with the State or any other applicable requirements. System Design Engineers are not required to obtain the CIOWTS credential, but it highly recommended.
