The Grievance/Appeal process will be made readily available to all who request it. It can be obtained through the Environmental Health office or through the receptionist at the Public Health Department. Copies will be available to pick up in each office. All persons involved shall abide with the process and timelines outlined in the process. Failure to meet timelines will result in loss of opportunity to appeal.
