Variances to these regulations may be requested of the Board of Health. The Board of Health may or may not approve, based on evidence provided. Variances shall be requested by the requestor in writing, addressed to the Board of Health, submitted to the Director of Public Health at least seven days prior to the next regularly scheduled Board of Health meeting. The request should be accompanied by any evidence that the requestor wishes to have the board consider. All decisions regarding this topic shall be issued in writing to the requestor.
