44.01 PURPOSE.

To protect the health of residents of Marion County, to prevent increased health risks due to on-site wastewater treatment systems and to implement state on-site treatment standards. Marion County has adopted Iowa Administrative Code 567, Chapter 69, in its entirety with the modifications stated in this chapter. Marion County has adopted Iowa Administrative Code 567, Chapter 68, in its entirety.
