55.32 ENFORCEMENT BY ZONING ADMINISTRATOR.

CODE OF ORDINANCES OF MARION COUNTY, IOWA

A Zoning Administrator appointed by the Board of Supervisors shall administer and enforce the Zoning Ordinance. Said Zoning Administrator may be provided with the assistance of such other persons as the Board may direct.
