64.02 APPOINTMENT.

The Commission shall consist of five persons, residents of Marion County, Iowa, appointed by the Board of Supervisors as follows: Two members shall be appointed for a term expiring December 31, 2011; two members shall be appointed for a term expiring December 31, 2012; one member being appointed for a term expiring December 31, 2013. Their successors shall be appointed for a term of three years, and all appointments to fill vacancies shall be for the unexpired term.
