CODE OF ORDINANCES OF MARION COUNTY, IOWA

The provisions of this chapter shall apply to all areas having special flood hazards within the jurisdiction of the County. For the purpose of this Ordinance, the special flood hazard areas are those areas designated as Zone A on the Flood Insurance Rate Map for Marion County and Incorporated Areas, dated February 16, 2018, which is hereby adopted and made a part of this Chapter.
