All territory which may hereafter become part of the unincorporated area of Marion County, Iowa, that is regulated by the Zoning Ordinance, by the disincorporation of any city, or any part thereof, shall automatically be classed as lying and being in the A-1 Agricultural District until such classification shall have been changed by amendment to this Zoning Ordinance, as provided by law.
