§ 153.063 INSTITUTIONAL USES.
   Signs for institutional uses, including churches, hospitals, rest homes, private clubs and similar uses, shall be permitted subject to the following regulations.
   (A)   One free-standing sign for each main use per frontage:
      (1)   The sign shall contain only the name and address of the building, its occupants and the services rendered;
      (2)   The sign shall not exceed 32 square feet in area, exclusive of architectural features. The sign structure shall not exceed eight feet in height. The sign size limitations contained in this section may be exceeded if district requirements permit a larger size sign;
      (3)   The sign face shall not be floodlighted but may be internally illuminated;
      (4)   In no case shall signs be located within required rear or interior side yards.
   (B)   One sign attached to the face of the main building:
      (1)   The sign shall contain only the name of the building and its occupants;
      (2)   Letter or numeral heights shall not exceed one foot;
      (3)   The sign shall not exceed ten square feet in area, or larger if permitted by district requirements, whichever is larger;
      (4)   The sign face shall not be floodlighted but may be internally illuminated.
