(A) The speed limit within the school zones, from 7:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m., shall be 20 miles per hour, which shall be enforced only on school days.

No person operating any vehicle shall make a right turn in that vehicle at any of the following intersections while the official traffic-control signal controlling that intersection is red.

(A) The speed limit on all streets within the corporate limits of the city, including the Business District and Central Business District, but excluding school zones and those streets specifically designated below, shall be 25 miles per hour. However, nothing herein shall be construed so as to impose by this schedule any speed limit upon any state highway within the corporate limits of the city which is governed by state imposed speed limits.
(B) The following streets shall have speed limits of 35 miles per hour at the following designated areas.
