SCHEDULE IV. SPEED LIMITS.

   (A)   The speed limit on all streets within the corporate limits of the city, including the Business District and Central Business District, but excluding school zones and those streets specifically designated below, shall be 25 miles per hour. However, nothing herein shall be construed so as to impose by this schedule any speed limit upon any state highway within the corporate limits of the city which is governed by state imposed speed limits.

   (B)   The following streets shall have speed limits of 35 miles per hour at the following designated areas.

38th Street	From Adams Street to the east bank of the Mississinewa River
50th Street	From State Road 9 to a point where the east right-of-way line of Nebraska Street would intersect, if extended
Adams Street	From 6th Street to 30th Street From 32nd Street to 38th Street
Bond Avenue	From Washington Street to King Road
Bradford Street	From Campbell Avenue to Gregg Drive From Washington Street to Pennsylvania Street
Branson Street	From Charles Street to First Street
Chapel Pike	From Miller Avenue to State Road 9, except for curve warning area from 1411 Chapel Drive to Denver Drive
Charles Street	From Washington Street to Horton Street
Harmon Street	From Washington Street to 50th Street
Highland Avenue	From Quarry Road to Horton Street
Home Avenue	From Colonial Drive to 38th Street From Lincoln Boulevard to 33rd Street

Miller Avenue	From 7th Street to Bradford Street From Kem Road to Chapel Pike From Shields Ditch to 9th Street
Nebraska Street	From 37th Street to 39th Street From Spencer Avenue to 34th Street
Quarry Road	From State Road 9 to Kem Road
River Drive	From Highland Avenue to Buckingham Drive From Mulberry Street to Spencer Avenue

   (C)   The speed limit within an alley in the city shall be 20 miles per hour.
