Any person who violates any provision of this chapter governing bicycles shall be deemed guilty of an ordinance violation and, upon conviction, shall be fined as determined by § 10.99 or by removal and detention of the reflectorized decal license from that person’s bicycle for a period of not more than ten days or by any combination thereof. All such permits shall be revoked or suspended in accordance with I.C. 36-4-5-5, as amended.
