(A) Inter-city bus routes. Any inter-city bus company duly authorized to operate buses upon city streets shall operate, maintain and provide service only upon the routes set forth in this section.
(B) Inter-city bus stops at designated places. No inter-city bus shall stop for the purpose of loading or unloading passengers within any congested area of the city, except at the loading zones set forth in this section.
(C) Intra-city bus routes. Any intra-city bus company duly authorized to operate upon city streets shall operate only on the routes set forth in this section.
(D) Intra-city bus loading zones. No intra-city bus shall stop to load or unload passengers within any congested area of this city except at the loading zones designated in this section.
(E) Restrictions on loading and unloading buses. No bus shall load or unload any passengers until that bus is parallel to the curb and not more than one foot distant from it. If there is no curb, then all loading and unloading shall be done to prevent obstruction to the regular flow of traffic.
