§ 72.14 SHOPPING CENTER TRAFFIC- CONTROL.
   (A)   The City Board of Public Works and Safety, acting on behalf of the city, may contract with owners or lessees of shopping centers within the city to prohibit, regulate, restrict or limit the stopping, standing or parking of vehicles in designated fire zones.
   (B)   If parking and traffic restrictions have been established at any shopping center pursuant to contract as permitted by this section and I.C. 9-21-18, as amended, it shall be an ordinance violation for any person to do any act forbidden or to fail to perform any act required by that parking or traffic regulation. Any person who commits an ordinance violation under this section shall, upon conviction, be fined not as set forth in § 10.99. Any vehicle parked in violation of this section shall be removed and the owner of that vehicle shall be liable for all expenses incurred by the city for its removal.
