§ 72.13 PARKING ENFORCEMENT FUND.
   All revenues from fines levied under this section which are not deposited in the City General Fund shall be used for parking enforcement for the city. These funds shall be maintained by the City Controller in a separate account and used by the city only for parking enforcement means. The city shall provide parking enforcement so long as fees are generated and monies available from those means.
