§ 72.06 PARKING FOR CERTAIN PURPOSES PROHIBITED.
   No person shall park a vehicle upon any roadway for the principal purpose of:
   (A)   Displaying that vehicle for sale;
   (B)   Washing, greasing or repairing that vehicle, except for repairs necessitated by an emergency.
