§ 95.32 PRIVATE RIGHT OF ACTING.
   Any person acting on the basis of self-interest may bring a civil action to enforce this subchapter. Upon proof of a violation, a court shall award to a person the following:
   (A)   Actual damages in penalties of not less than $100 and not more than $5,000; and
   (B)   Attorney’s fees and litigation costs to a plaintiff who has substantially prevailed.
