Unless another provision of the chapter provides otherwise, any company in violation of any provision of this chapter or any individual who operates a motorized scooter in violation of this chapter shall be subject to the penalties set forth in § 10.99. Rules and regulations concerning the operations of motorized scooters by individuals shall be enforced by the Marion Police Department who are authorized to issue citations for violation of this chapter.
