§ 76.03 OBEDIENCE TO TRAFFIC- CONTROL SIGNALS.
   Any person operating a motorized scooter on a roadway shall obey the instructions of official traffic- control signals, signs, and other control devices, as well as traffic laws applicable to vehicles, unless otherwise directed by a law enforcement officer. Any person operating a motorized scooter shall yield to other traffic and pedestrians.
