§ 150.53 MAINTENANCE OF BUILDINGS AND STRUCTURES.
   The provisions of 675 IAC 12-4-9 are incorporated herein by reference. Any provisions of this chapter that are determined by any court to be in contradiction of this section shall be considered null and void and 675 IAC 12-4-9 shall control.
