§ 95.70 PURPOSE AND INTENT.
   It is hereby declared to be the purpose of this subchapter to protect the public safety, health, welfare and enhance the environment of the people of the city by making it unlawful for any person to maintain the placement, use, deposit of, or permit a donation drop box on any property whether public or private within the city limits.
