§ 30.02 CITY SEAL.
   The city hereby adopts the following seal: a circle with the word “SEAL” centered, with one bar centered above that word and another bar centered below it, all surrounded by a beaded ring, with the words “CITY OF MARION” and “GRANT CO. INDIANA” circling the top and bottom, respectively, of the beaded ring, with three additional rings surrounding the aforementioned words.
