§ 38.24 SPECIAL PROJECTS FUND.
   (A)   The Special Projects Fund is created within the Engineering Department.
   (B)   The amounts paid from this Fund are to be used expressly for special projects and are to be paid in accordance with the percentages established in the contract agreements with the federal, state or county agencies.
