§ 116.10 ENFORCEMENT.
   (A)   The enforcement of these regulations shall be the responsibility of the Advisory Plan Commission.
   (B)   The Advisory Plan Commission reserves the right to hire a private technical consultant to review individual applications for wireless facilities at the cost of the applicant.
