§ 115.37 SUSPENSION OR REVOCATION OF LICENSE FOR TWO SPEEDING VIOLATIONS.
   Any driver operating any taxicab licensed by this section who shall have been twice convicted of violating the speed limits prescribed by state law shall be prohibited from operating any taxicab within the city. The license of any vehicle operated by him or her may be revoked or suspended in accordance with this subchapter until a qualified driver shall have been provided.
