§ 115.34  PUBLIC PASSENGER CHAUFFEUR’S LICENSE REQUIRED FOR DRIVERS.
   No taxicab shall be driven or operated in the city by any person who has not been licensed as a public passenger chauffeur by the state in the manner provided by law.
