§ 115.28 FARES.
   The following fares shall be charged for the carrying of passengers by the taxicabs of the city.
   (A)   All taxicabs carrying passengers for hire in the city shall use meters for the determination of fares.
   (B)   No person operating any taxicab licensed under this subchapter shall demand or charge any fare or compensation, pursuant to the use of those meters, other than as follows:
      (1)   $2 for the first one-sixth mile of transportation;
      (2)   $.10 for each additional one- sixth mile or portion of a mile of transportation;
      (3)   An additional fare shall be charged and collected at the rate of $.25 per each additional passenger, excepting children not of school age;
      (4)   An additional fare shall be charged and collected at the rate of $.15 for each one minute of waiting time;
      (5)   An additional fare shall be charged and collected at the rate of $.50 as a fuel adjustment charge for each full fare paying passenger per trip, excepting children not of school age.
