With the application provided for in § 115.22, the applicant shall file a list of the motor vehicles intended to be operated as taxicabs, together with the bond or contract of insurance or guaranty bond required in this subchapter. The list shall contain the make, motor number, state license number and seating capacity of each motor vehicle to be operated by the applicant.
