(A) (1) No person shall smoke tobacco in any form while riding on or in any city bus. Any person who violates this section shall be deemed to have committed an ordinance violation and, upon conviction, shall be fined as determined in § 10.99.
(2) No person shall eat or drink while riding in any city bus. There shall be no abusive language or profanity used in the bus terminal, on the bus or in bus passenger shelters. There shall also be no fighting.
(B) Any individual aged 60 years or more may ride any city bus between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. at no charge if that person first obtains a senior citizen’s card from the City Clerk and displays it upon request.
