§ 114.09 LICENSE FEE AND TERM.
   (A)   An alarm business license shall be valid for one year from the date of issuance and shall be renewable one year from the date of issuance.
   (B)   The annual license fee for each alarm business shall be $250 and $2 issuance fee.
   (C)   An alarm business license shall be personal to the holder and is not transferable.
