Pursuant to the provisions of section 22 of Public Act No. 230 of 1972, the City Commission shall establish by resolution a reasonable fee to be charged to and paid by all applicants and appellants filing an appeal or a request for a variance before the Construction Board of Appeals. The enforcing agency of the city shall collect all such fees established under this section pursuant to the provisions of Public Act No. 230 of 1972.
