§ 158.006 CREATED AND ESTABLISHED.
   Pursuant to the provisions of the State Construction Code, Public Act 230 of the Public Acts of 1972, as amended, the city hereby creates and establishes a Construction Board of Appeals to hear and decide all matters properly brought before such Construction Board of Appeals as provided by such Act.
