(A) The improvements set forth under this subchapter are to be considered as the minimum acceptable standard to be provided by the proprietor.
(B) All those improvements for which standards are not specifically set forth shall have the standards set by ordinance or published rules of the City Commission.
(C) All improvements must meet the approval of the City Commission.
