(A) A certain document, 3 copies of which are on file in the office of the City Clerk, being marked and designated as The Michigan Plumbing Code, as published by the State of Michigan, is hereby adopted as the Building Code of the city for the control of buildings and structures as herein provided.
(B) Each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions and terms of the Michigan Plumbing Code are hereby referred to, adopted and made a part hereof as if fully set out herein.
