§ 158.075 SUSPENSION; REVOCATION.
   Any electrical contractor’s, master or journeyman’s license may, after a hearing, be suspended or revoked by the Examining Board having issued a license upon evidence presented that false statements have been made upon application for license or upon evidence presented that the person holding the license willfully or by reason of incompetence repeatedly violates any rules and regulations relating to the inspection, maintenance, alteration or repair of electrical wiring, devices, appliances or equipment.
